Incarcerated Members of the NLA in MDOC’s Macomb and Cotten prison facilities organized this historic event on the front steps of the capitol lawn in Lansing, MI protesting the causes and consequences of mass incarceration in order to promote introduced Second Look Sentencing Legislation.
