I was inspired to develop this grant seeking community after a talk with my family about the knowledge gap between people like us and the millions of dollars being passed between governments and institutions (that they think are helping people like us).
The money isn’t trickling down, so we’ve got to climb up!

Sawari attended the University of Washington in Bothell graduating class of ’16 with a dual degree BA in Law, Economics & Public Policy and Media Communication Studies. As a poet, singer songwriter and guitarist I enjoy sharing my perspectives with those who are interested in learning from my experiences.
In 2018, a coworker sent me a fellowship opportunity that turned into my first $50,000 grant. Since I’ve been able to write dozens of grants for myself earning thousands.
